Delta Airlines, Atlanta, Ga. — Copyedited and organized online handbook for travelers with  physical, intellectual and emotional disabilities and policies for in-flight service animals, 2017.

Life Span Institute, University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kan. — Wrote newsletter articles, edited annual reports and provided proofreading services, 2011-1017.

ReDirect Plus, Kansas City, Mo. — Part of a team that developed new marketing and branding materials for a full-service  insurance company created through the merger of two long-time agencies, 2016-2017.
